3. Expiry and Best-Before Dates
No expired food products shall be sold or delivered under any circumstances. “Best before” or “use by” dates must be clearly displayed on the product packaging and accurately reflected in the product description where required.

4. Storage and Handling
Food products must be stored, handled, and transported in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable food safety standards, including temperature control requirements for perishable or frozen items.

5. Packaging and Sealing
All food products must be securely packaged, tamper-proof where applicable, and suitable to preserve product quality and safety during transit. Products with damaged, altered, or broken seals may be rejected or returned.

6. Right to Reject or Recall

7. Customer Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds for food products shall be subject to applicable law and the Company’s return policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially consumed food products may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
